Our History

Founded in 2020, New World International School was established with a vision to provide an outstanding education for world-ready students. Built to meet the growing demand for a school that combines innovation with proven educational and pedagogical practices, NWIS has developed into a dynamic learning community grounded in inquiry-based learning and student-centered education.

Since its establishment, the school has expanded it provision to serve students from KG1 (Age 3) through Grade 12 (Age 18) and has become a preferred choice for families relocating to the Seeb area, particularly with the continued development of Sultan Haitham City. NWIS is well-positioned to support this growing community through its modern, purpose-built facilities and forward-thinking approach to education, with hands-on learning at its centre.

Offering a bilingual programme that combines the Cambridge International Curriculum with Ministry of Education subjects in Arabic, and alternative syllabi for expatriates, NWIS has further expanded its academic pathways to include IGCSE programmes for Grades 9 and 10, as well as the International Baccalaureate and GED pathways for Grades 11 and 12 students. Through a dynamic and engaging international education, NWIS inspires curiosity, encourages discovery, and prepares students with the knowledge, skills, and confidence needed for the world they will graduate into.
